Hello teachers, How do you manage getting in fluid and protein during school hours?

Thank you. I was worried. I was having nausea episodes and my doctor told me to try saltine crackers. I purchased the mini ones and it seems I can eat them by the handful with no issue.

I am currently 10 days post op Vsg. I don’t seem to have any restriction when eating. Has anyone experienced this ?
