Sweets!!!!
What do you do when you craves sweets! I never was big on sweets before my surgery I would have them now and then but it didn't bother me. Now since I had surgery it seems like every time (for the last 2 months) I eat I want something sweet. I need help with this my weight loss has been at a stand still and I believe it's because of this. Please let me know if there are other things you can eat to take this away. Thanks so much in advance!!!!!:huh2:

Ring Sizes
I had the same problem with my rings they are to big. But instead of sizing it I had ring guards put in until I loose all my weight so I don't have to keep resizing my rings.

Sharing non-scale victories - 5 months out..
Congrat to all on your weight loss. I'm down 56 lbs since 12/22/08 I can't fit any of my old jeans and tops. The best for me was going into lane bryant and fittting a size 1 last month and this month they are too big. I am officially to small for lane bryant I would of never believed this day would come. Also taking the stairs I don't ride the elevator to the 3rd floor at work any more. I take the stairs 3-4 times a day and don't get winded I love this band it is helping me so much.

Anyone NOT required to do a pre-op diet?
I had surgery 12/22 and I didn't have to do a preop diet either and I weighed 284 @ my time of surgery. I also think it was easier to do the liquids after and I had restriction right away. I'm currently 230 so I'm down 54 pounds in 4 months I say don't worry if your doctor told u don't do the diet.

2nd Fill and Doc thinks something may be wrong.
I have the realize band too and I have had two fills and I felt felt the saline go in both times and my doctor said It is possible you could feel it. My friend also has the lapband and she said she feels it when she gets a fill.
