    Has anyone seen more hair loss post surgery? My surgery was 4/28. Down 101 pounds but I've noticed more and more thinning of my hair. Any supplements or vitamins to offset this ? Thanks.

    My doc said to increase my protein intake. From 60-70g to 100-110g and that kick started my stall. Mine was on 4/28. Started at 350 and down to 295 today

    Hi all. New poster here. I had my VSG surgery on 4/28. Started my liquid pre-op diet on 4/14. I lost 30 pounds pre-surgery and 10 more after the procedure. Look forward to hearing all your stories
