i started out at 240, by january/february i lost 12 pounds. so i was at 228, i did lose 15 but i gained 3. the day i got surgery i weighed 220. i lost around 21-24. i weigh 196-199 right now. my size when i got surgery was 20 and im size 18 in some brands, my shirts were 2xl-3xl now its a large-2xl. i had surgery on july 31st...good luck by the way
