How you feeling? My sleeve was the 20th. Having a hard time getting enough fluid/ protein in, but good elsewise.

I'm on the 20th for sleeve.

I stir in a tablespoon or 2 in my chicken broth to mimic the noodles! Feels like I'm having a real meal!

We have a confirmed date of February 20th! Today was day 1 of my liquid diet. So far, so good!! Breakfast was plain oatmeal with a little protein shake in it for flavor (Premier Protein- chocolate peanut butter) and the rest of that shake. Lunch was a Dannon Light & Fit Strawberry Cheesecake yogurt. In between I've had about 4 oz beef broth and some Peach Tea Crystal Light. Still fighting to finish my second shake (Cake Batter). I'm finding it tough because everything that has any consistency is so sweet. Just gonna have to try harder. Any tips are appreciated!

I'm going Monday to pickup my 2 week liquid diet pack and be scheduled for 2 weeks out! That's around February 13. I'm gonna ask for at least the 15th or 16th, so I can be with my husband for Valentines day. I'll be on a liquid diet, though so I'm not sure how much fun I'll be. Lol. I'll come back Monday and let yall know the exact date for surgery! ?
