:confused:Hey everyone!! I am just checking in and wanted to know how everyone is doing so far. I have had all great experiences so far, no pB's no sliming, no throwing up and all my food is good, no bad effects. Anyway, I have lost 44 lbs so far and feel great. My knees don't hurt as much when I walk which is awesome. But I am just looking for suggestions for snacks and meals now. Hope all the August banders out there are doing just as good and if not, keep the faith you will get better!! Let me know!!! Love, Andrea:rolleyes2:

Ideas for mushy foods to eat

Hey everyone, I am 3 wks out and am eating mushy foods, blended and stuff like thta. I would appreciate any suggestions for new ideas and suggestions for when i am stuck going out to eat. I haven't had a fill yet but feel good 3-4 hour inbetween meals so my doc said not yet. I eat about a cup of food when i do eat. lost 30 lbs so far and would like some suggestions on new foods to eat. Anyone??:cursing:???
