Technically a miscarriage that happens before 16 weeks or something is considered a spontaneous abortion...so my question to PG was should those women be charge with murder too.
-
who supports right to choose
But why? You don't know there's no blame. What if she did drugs or drank or was obese or too thin....what if it was her fault....should she be imprision....it's an abortion after all...that's taking the life of an innocent

So technically if you've had a miscarraige then you've had an abortion...sad, but true

Just wanted to share.... From the Merriam-Webster Dictionary: Abortion: 1 : the termination of a pregnancy after, accompanied by, resulting in, or closely followed by the death of the embryo or fetus: as a : spontaneous expulsion of a human fetus during the first 12 weeks of gestation — compare miscarriage b : induced expulsion of a human fetus Wow and no where in there does it say "murder"..hmmm. From medterms.com: Definition of Abortion Abortion: In medicine, an abortion is the premature exit of the products of conception (the fetus, fetal membranes, and placenta) from the uterus. It is the loss of a pregnancy and does not refer to why that pregnancy was lost. A spontaneous abortion is the same as a miscarriage. The miscarriage of 3 or more consecutive pregnancies is termed habitual abortion. Again...no "murder"

You act like carrying a baby for 9 months is a walk in the park! I am in my 8th month and I have to have a shot every morning. Then I have to have a weekly shot and I had to have 2 steroid shots. I also have to see an OB and a Perinatologist. I also have to go see a Cardiologist due to pains I have been having in my chest. I also have to purchase expensive clothes, vitamins, folic acid, gas to go to and from my weekly appointments. I have to have monthly ultrasounds, which, without insuarance are expensive. I also have to find someone to watch my son for my appointments because my perinatologist doesn't allow children at their office. You act like pregnant women just skip through the flowers and pop out a baby with no ill effects to the woman carrying them....there are financial, emotional, physical, and strains to their overall health and well being!

No she's going based on what pro lifers want people to think happen! My son was born at 32 weeks and couldn't even cry! My sister-in-law just had an abortion at 6 wks and it was just like inducing a period...painful for her yes, but no suctioning out baby parts...I think you need to talk to someone who has had an abortion and not just people that are against it! What do they know besides what they want to hear

Just because you care so much for children that aren't your own doesn't mean that all "pro lifers" do! I have a biracial, special needs, disabled son and I love him to death, but many doctor's have said that if they would have known his problems while I was pregnant they would have offered termination to me and while that wouldn't have been something I would have done I would never want to push this life onto someone else....Just as women that abort when they find out their babies have DS or another problem...I don't think that is wrong even though it is not something I would do.

Those are just labels...what about the ones that ask the question on everyone's mind "Should it be legal or not"

Wow your charts are pretty, but what you failed to post was the other charts...the ones that said 53% say abortion should be legal under certain circumstances, 23% say it should be legal in all circumstances and only 23% say it should be out right illegal. There was also another chart that says 22% say legal under any, 15% legal under most, 37% legal under a few and only 23% want it completely illegal....how is it you only post the charts and stats that fit your arguement when all of these were on the same page...hmmm curious

How are you any different? You cannot once put yourself on our side of the issue so why in the world should we do the same?

who supports right to choose
There are a lot of b.c that make it nearly immpossible for a fertilized egg to attach...thus "killing" the "baby". Are there really lots of people that want to adopt babies? Tell that to all the kids no one wants!
-
who supports right to choose
Wow...that is ridiculous! Also if you make abortion illegal that would make several b.c options illegal! Then you'll be complaining about all the babies that don't have mothers and that are growing up in foster care and orphanages...its a vicious circle

What if that innocent fetus is killing the mother? It's okay for a baby to murder an adult woman?
-
who supports right to choose
Do you realize what that would mean?! You would imprision a, let's say, 9 year old girl who has already gone through being raped just to satisfy your sense of justice for aborting an embryo? That seems a bit extreme to me...

who supports right to choose
No of course not...back in Biblical times there was nothing wrong with having sex with a 10 year old...

Just because a lot of people agree with thou shalt not murder and what not doesn't mean they all make that decision based on a religious belief...I saw a bumper sticker yesturday that said: "I like your Christ, but can't stand your Christians" lol thought it was worth sharing :blushing:

who supports right to choose
That is what I have been saying! You cannot mix church and state. Others religious views should have no impact on laws at all. Not everyone shares the same views so why should one be forced to follow anothers beliefs?
