  1. Beginning my fourth week post OP. I woke up this AM to begin my day, went to eat breakfast and got this horrible pain between my shoulders. It lasted for about 5 minutes then eased up. Was able to eat breakfast just fine then went to work and every once in a while the pain hits and then it goes away. However, I just want to cry it hurts so badly, and then it leaves as fast as it came. Has any one experience this? Should I be concerned? Thanks for you input.
  2. I take 2 Flintstones Chewables with Iron. As for those asking about the calcium citrate I have found if you SMASH them in ziplock bag and take a little at a time works well. This is what my doctor has recommended. Good luck!
  3. WOW! After reading these posts I feel so much better. I am hungry and not sceduled for my first fill until 9/11. I thought the doc did not put the band on. BUT I did see the band on the Xray. LOL Dr. also told me to eat or drink more portien.
  4. Hello, My port is in the middle of my rib cage at the top of my abdomen between my breast. My surgeon felt that this placement will keep the port from getting lost as weight is lost. Best wishes to you.
