    My surgeon's office has told me I can have seafood, chicken, turkey, lunch meat and dairy right now. I have to take small bites and chew every bite at least 20 times. I don't have to puree my food, though I am sure that would be easier to eat and digest. I am one week and three days post-op. I am learning that if I eat too much, then I feel nauseous.
