  1. Hi everyone, I was banded Aug 6th, 2008. My surgeon was Dr. Davidson. I'm not to techno savvy, and I don't spend a great deal of time on the computer, but I am looking for someone I can call/meet that lives in the Dallas area. I have been to one support group and didn't feel like anyone was really listening... Everyone was to busy talking. I know I will have lots of questions and I don't really know anyone who has gone through this journey. I'm a nurse, 28, in a committed relationship. If anyone in the Dallas area is willing to be a buddy/mentor, in person, please send me a message. Thanks Julie
