hey gurlll, just saw ur pics. very inspirational!!! I also started at 367#. I am a little discourage because i have gained some weight back. I was banded june 5 of this year and I was at 336 but now i am back at 341. granted i just started my cycle and i know i am retaining fluid but i am really down right now. how was ur weight progress at first and also what exercise techniques did u do that helped u more. i was walking 3mi a day pretty much but i guess my body got used to it and i started to do some toning to maybe loose some inches. n e ways enough of my rambling. congratulations! hope everything is well! i have gained 2 lbs! ugh!!! but i do need a fill and will be going to get one believe u me! I changed my workout routine also so we will see. I am at work now and we are getting some of the evacuees in. everybody is going crazy!!
