  2. Hi Heather, I'm starting my 5 week here soon. I'm not doing very well, I have gained 3 lbs. I haven't gotten a fill yet. Boy am I struggling. I hope after the fill things will get better. At the moment I'm trying not to worry, but I almost feel like this is just another Failed diet. I am a low bmi 32 (still obese but i guess not severely) WHATEVER I'm still fat:) My doctor gave me a 4cc band I'm thinking that small because usually what I see is 10cc, I just hope it works. Ive been exercising but the last few day I been discouraged and not doing anything. Did you go through anything like this? dose it get better after the fill? Today I am going back to only eating 1 cup of food. Do you think I should try to get in more protein? Im just ready to start losing weight consistently.
