  8. Wow!! I am so sorry you are having such a rough time. I think one of your problems is dehydration, which will make you pass out. I would suggest you go to the Emergency dept and see if they can give you an IV drip. Then they may be able to look into why you cant keep anything down. It could be why you are having flu like symptoms too. I sure hope you feel better.

  15. He needs to go back to the surgeon and demand the dr to look into why this is happening. There has got to be a reason he cant eat. If that surgeon wont do anything he need to go to a different one.
  16. Mine is March 22nd too!! Im so excited!!! What are surgery are you having? Im having the RNY.

  18. I would ask your dr if you can use something else but if they insist on this product, try putting flavorings in it. You could add sugar free chocolate syrup or frozen fruit and put it in a blender with ice, unless youre on a liquid preop diet.

  22. If someone asks I will tell them because maybe they are looking for answers for their problem too or someone they love. I had 2 people tell me that they had a gastric bypass 10 years before. l had always known them thin so I was surprised to learn that they had had a bypass, but also encouraged by that too. I mean they have both kept they weight of for 10 years!! These two ladies are the reason I got started on the path of weight loss. So if some one asks me I will tell them truthfully.
  23. I use the Pro Care Chewable vitamins, They seem to be ok. I only have to be on the chewable ones for 3 months then I can go to the tablets.
  24. Well I hope you get to have your surgery this time. Congratulaltions on the 50lb weight loss!!!
  25. I will be having my bypass in the next month or so, but I am 68 now and will be 69 before I get my surgery. I really wish I had done this much sooner!
  26. WOOHOOO!!!!! Great job!!! Congratulations!!!
