  3. Remem;er why you went through all of this. It took you a long time to get to this point. Don't give in now, stay with the plan! You owe it to yourself. Maybe meeting with your nutritionist would be helpful as you are obviously missing something that you are craving and they might be able to help you brainstorm appropriate replacement foods when in this situation again. God bless!!
  4. I am doing well with the liquid diet. I have lost 3 more pounds and the last few days. I have a few questions. Can anyone e tell me how many ounces at a time are normal for your first week after surgery? I am trying to plan ahead.
