    Per my insurance, my surgery will most likely be in January 2023. I’m having to learn a lot and learn to portion control everything! I’m having moments of sadness at foods I may never enjoy again. Will the “hunger” feeling go a way even just a little bit? My nutritionist recommended this site. This is my first post so please go easy on me?
