Did you ever try to ask a question via phone or email?? Did they acknowledge that you exist?? After taking my $$$$ they have yet to reply to one inquiry. I have even sent a polite/professional request to the General Manager, Don Parker. Not even an acknowlegement let alone any type of reply or answer. Please do not refer your friends to the Prince Arthur Medical Clinic in Toronto.

The band is a great tool. Dr. Yau is a great surgeon...... however the Prince Arthur Medical Clinic is completely unprofessional and has the worst customer service practices I have ever encountered. PLEASE take you business elsewhere and tell all of your friends!!!!
