I too was banded in aug of 09, and I too am down only 40 pounds. I know we can do this, and yes, It is hard work. but I would still like to lose another 30lbs. mybe this time next year(if I dont give in) will be where I want to be. I have an apron fold at my lower belly and I would like to have that removed in a couple of months. the doc wants me to be at my goal weight first, so I guess it'll take a little longer to be removed. hit me back soon!!
