    Don't be afraid of the incoming changes, dude. I definitely should make the surgery and get my life back, and this is very hard to live with the uncomfortable weight with no opportunity to lose weight. I recommend you, after surgery, apply to any rapid weight loss plan. I bet you will see the difference shortly. I had the same situation 2 years ago, so after surgery, I lost 20kgs during the weight loss program provided by one of the Medical services in my area.
