Start taking biotin and collagen to help with the hair loss. That was one too I got from someone else in the vsg community and it’s been working wonders for me. I’m 3 weeks post op and so far my hair is looking better than pre-op. I started taking biotin and collagen about 5-6 before surgery and make sure I mix it into my drinks daily.
