  1. I am about 2 months out and we’ll I tried going outside the diet, huge mistake. I ate 1 gyoza and pain instantly. I felt nauseous and though it would pass. It hurt so bad I couldn’t walk, I havent threw up since the 2nd grade which is about 30yrs. And all of a sudden a huge glob of slime came up. I still felt like crap, I walked a tad and then pain hit again, I threw up more slime thinking I’d feel better NOPE. I could feel it coming again and my stomach hurt, I threw up another ball of slime and then finally the gyoza came up and instantly felt better. Definitely not worth going outside of the diet. Lesson learned, it was the worst experience EVER.
