Oh wow! that is such great progress?? I'm the same I hold onto the rails pulling myself up or if I'm really tired and my knees are hurting I will go up in crawling position?

We hear different outcomes from every individual it's a mystery to see what waits around the corner for us isn't it. I'm due to have a RNY and hiatal hernia repair- really curious to see how I'll be recovering PO. Wishing you a speedy recovery and many hugs Edmira!

I get that too and the klickidy klaks on the knees? Sometimes I think am I going to get a cramp while I'm swimming ? I'm really hoping to go shopping without the back and knee pains that I suffer every time I'm out???
