  1. Yes, this is normal. Just remember walk, walk, and walk and small sip even though it hurts. I thought I was dying the second day, but I would get up and walk the hospital hallways every 15 to 30 minutes and I notice a big difference. Hope you feel better soon. keep us posted.

  5. hi! I am new to this site. I am going to a lap-band seminar at St. Agnes hospital in Baltimore, Md. tonite. I am very anxious to get the ball rolling, I have not been able to do hardly anything in the last several years because of my knee's, back and being so tired all the time. I want to finally be able to do things with my dh and my 8 year old son.
