I have thought about weight loss surgery on and off for the last couple of years. I just decided one day that I have to do this to regain my life. I want my life back. I asked my PCP for a referral to a bariatric surgeon on November 8, 2020 and the whole process has moved pretty quick from there. I am nervous, but excited at the same time, if that makes sense!
