    I started my journey in July, 2021. I'm am 47 years old female, almost 48 next week. I've been heavy all my life. I have currently lost aprox 55 lbs. Waiting on surgery approval from insurance. I was diagnosed with MS in 2012. I have issues with mobility and trying to do exercises. Guess it's more motivation also is needed. This last week I've anxiety issues with some neighbors.
