  5. Yes I’m seeing a therapist who specializes in eating disorders and bariatric patients. I have been seeing her since before the surgery. She’s the one who recommended I join this group. Thanks for the welcome.
  6. Hello all, I am new to this group. I had Gastric sleeve done 11/22/2021. This was strongly recommended by my pulmonologist who says my pulmonary hypertension, CHF, and chronic hypoxic respiratory failure are all due to my weight. I’ve lost 20lbs since surgery date which I feel like is very slow. I am struggling with my obsession of food. Trying to maintain healthy diet for the most part (it’s hard sometimes when we eat out). I’m exercising 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hours at a time (I’m on oxygen and have to go to rehab place where they can measure my oxygen levels). I also struggle with night eating which causes me a lot of stress (would love to hear if anyone else struggles with this). Glad I found this group and excited to connect with others here on this forum. p.s. my surgeon is Vinay Goyal of Lubbock but his name doesn’t appear in list of surgeons.
