  1. I had my sleeve surgery on Oct 27, 2021 and have also struggled with protein and water intake especially in the beginning. I'm continuing to lose but I notice it's defiantly easier at home where I have everything setup. I've started traveling a bit and I've noticed difficulties with keeping the regiment especially with getting enough protein. I have gotten used to taking my Purist Thermal 32oz everywhere with me which I love. my goal is to drink the thermal by noon and refill and finish the 2nd one by bedtime. For me this has worked well! I had a couple other thermals in the beginning but by the end of the day the drink didn't taste the same. This doesn't happen with the Purist thermal, and why I've bought a couple of them. Also I've been doing the Supernatural Exercise program on a VR Oculus Quest 2 headset for movement and steps. Its amazing, super fun and really gets me moving and working a sweat in the comfort of my own home. If you haven't seen it you should check it out as it been a game changer for me and is only 10 to 30 mins. I still feel that I could have lost more than I have but I focus like many of you on that I'm still going in the right direction.
