  1. Good morning, I had my surgery on the 28th and I was released today for protein shakes. I have the premiere protein and I was able to drink the full 11 oz. Is this bad? I thought I shouldn’t be able to do that much this early on. I had read that 4-6 oz should be the goal but I was drinking until I “felt full” since I have yet to feel this feeling.I was also told it takes most people 1-2 hours to down one of those shakes, I did mine in about 5 mins. My gastric coordinator said if I drink to much water or shake or anything that I will have a certain feeling in my chest. I think my next Shake I will just measure out 5 oz and drink that. But should I be worried that it’s too much?
