  4. So I’ve read a couple of posts where someone stated that when eating they listen to their sleeve. I’d love to listen to my sleeve. Can someone explain what I should be hearing? I’m feeling terrible after eating so I’m clearly not listening…

  6. Yeah I started soft foods a couple of days earlier than my group class and I was struggling because I was trying to eat and drink. Now I know to set a 30 minute timer. It’s crazy how the food just goes down on its own and before we used to drink it down.

  11. Sleeved on 10/18. I stalled about two weeks ago. I freaked out and reached out to the nutritionist but she didn’t say it was normal. I’m so glad it happens and I wasn’t overeating. But since then I haven’t checked the scale because I was checking it everyday. Now I’m nervous but I know I’m losing weight because my clothes are looser.
