I had this my pain was sever, and would happen not constant but with no reason meaning not related to what I ate. It was gallbladder. It started with episodes fairly fast then they would get longer more sever and more painful. I hat to wait bc when I was finally diagnosed I was pregnant and had to wait till after baby to get it out.
