    Liquid diet has been very rough. I agree, I spoke to the team and they said I wasn't get enough protein with the soups I made so I brought some protein shakes and it has got better but I really REALLY cannot wait for the next stages!! Sent from my SM-G955F using BariatricPal mobile app
