  1. I am so sorry that anyone would make You feel this way. Being a very strong Christian I would never make anyone feel that they did something against GOD. I had the surgery at the end of September last year and have loss 95 pounds I also had a hip replacement, had 4 COVID shots and believe that our GOD us the intelligence to be able to help people with surgery and medicine. I commend you for having the courage to have the surgery. I know I am proud of myself for having it and taking my life back!!
  2. Wow!!! That is great. I loss 74 so far; hoping to lose another 40. That will put me at my goal weight ?
  3. Had surgery September 29th loss 43.5 so far. Gave up coffee, Diet Pepsi and chocolate candy ….I don’t crave for them. Hardest part for me is eating …..I have cravings for food but cannot eat very much at all.
  4. Hi…had my surgery on 9/29/21. Only two days ago. I feel OK but I am not hungry at all so it is hard for me to do too much clear liquids. I used 1/2 of the Premier Clear Protein shake peach flavor but by time I drink half I was done. Been trying to drink my water instead. Maybe tomorrow I will feel more up to the protein drink. Otherwise I feel good. With preop and now this I have dropped 24 pounds so I feel like I have a great start. Trying to stay a little active by going through my clothes and putting them in to totes for Hope Hospice to sell.
  5. I am sorry you are having problems. I had my surgery 9/29/21 and you are right the gas pains are horrible. I am hoping they go away in a couple of days. I have only had water so far. I am going to get some sugar free popsicles and sugar free jello today to try. I know it will all be worth it in the end; I know quite a few people who have went through this and they look great today.
  6. This is very good to hear. I am going in tomorrow at 5:30 am a little nervous but ready to start the journey.
