I feel that after every surgery! Pain meds can be a depressant plus you don’t feel good and are tired. It gets better I promise!

Probably gas, try a nice bath and in bed if you lay on your side and do a gentle rocking might help get the gas out. Also walking!

I am 4 months post surgery and this morning I am 106lbs down!!! I fit in a seat belt again, I can tie my shoes, I had to move my seat up in my car, I went from a size 28 jeans to a now 18!!! I am feeling amazing, I had no issues whatsoever!!! Seriously the best decision of my life!! Im living again

I live near you! I’m having my surgery in TJ though since it’s not covered by my insurance. My surgery is 9/15. I start my pre op diet tomorrow. We can have 3 Protein Shakes a day and one piece of lean meat if we are starving to death which I know I will probably be lol
