    I am new to this site. I am from South Carolina and I am exploring my options. A very good friend of mine had the mini gastric bypass in North Carolina and is doing great. I have heard from several people that the lap band has higher risks and usually does not work. Can anyone help me? I really need to lose about 100 lbs. Thanks, Dream Skinny :wink2:
