That’s great! The process is definitely a long one, but in the end I found that it was worth it and made the difference. Changing to a new lifestyle was a little easier after going through that long process leading up to surgery and then afterward. I hope the next couple months go quickly and smoothly for you. Hi! I loved Dr. Tanner and the UNMC Bariatric Center. Everybody there is well informed, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They roll the red carpet out for you. I was nervous and worrying about the surgery, because I’m 53 and have grandkids that I care for, so that weighed heavy on me. Dr. Tanner reassured me, beside normal surgery risks, and stated that she has not lost a patient before, which eased my worry. I hope you find a great provider!
