  1. I tried to eat a sandwich today...ate three bites and felt clogged. I had heard pineapple juice would help take care of this and, sure enough, it has helped. I'm glad I heard about this. Someone else said papaya enzymes also might do the trick. Just wanted others to know.

    Hello all. Had my lap band June 16 and for the first two weeks had lots of nausea and light-headedness and depression. This is not as easy as I had heard, but I am doing much,much better. The feeling better started when I decided to try a few new foods last week. Everything seemed to clear up when I realized I could eat something beside pureed stuff!
