  1. Got a tiny unfill to see if it would prompt a little appetite to return. Nope. I'll just live with it, I guess. I'm only 0.1cc up now from where I was before...

  2. Having a vegetarian partner who does all the cooking is turning out to be a blocker in eating in a band friendly way. Too many carbs, very little protein. This little black duck is going to start cooking for herself again....

  3. It's been a few months now since my last fill and am definitely eating more, but still maintaining my weight. Gotta love it!

  4. Been sick recently and have dropped another couple of lbs as a result. Not the best way to lose....

  5. My last fill seems to have dampened my hunger significantly. I'm sitting here knowing I need to eat lunch but not finding anything appealing. THIS is what I've missed about my working band, the way hunger was not my enemy anymore.

  6. Loving my band, 5 years on. Yes, people, there are plenty of long term banders who actually still love their bands. :)

  8. got my fill on Friday and I'd lost 4lbs. Dr wasn't sure I needed a fill but gave me another teeny one anyway. I am hoping this is it, my 'maintenance' fill!

  9. Another fill in 4 days. I gave this last one some time to ensure it was right, but it's not quite so back to the doctor I go!

  10. Slept funny and hurt my port site last night. Ouchy enough to not be able to work out my abs for a few days damnit.

  11. Back to the grind of work. I swear I could easily be a lady of leisure....

  12. Having the best mini vacation ever! I love the beach life!

  13. Added more arm exercises and now my arms are like jelly!

  14. Dropped 2 lbs over the weekend. Probably wasn't a good way to do it but I'm sure it'll come back on in its own time...

  18. been working long hours and not working out. That changes tonight. Waited too long after lipo to give in to laziness now.

  19. Been a bit stressed at work so been eating badly. So today I chopped up some veg and packed a tub of hummus for snacks tomorrow...

  20. 3 more days before I can start exercising again. Might just go upper body until the bruises on the thighs ease though.. :P

  21. what a difference a 0.1cc has made. Hoping is just swelling andi can eat more than just 1/2 cup of scrambled eggs soon!

  22. wanting to find that perfect spot that will make maintenance easy, NOT the green zone. So to fill or not to fill?

  23. No exercise for 2 weeks now until I get clearance post lipo. HURRY UP I'm missing the endorphins!!

  24. Lipo with a local only is NO FUN. Never ever again. Lucky that was my last bit of PS as far as I'm concerned.

  25. Note to self: lifting weights 3 weeks after lipo is not a good idea. Swelling has returned as a result.
