please dont worry i did not lose any weight on my pre op and my surgeon was happy he said that it showed i was doing the right thing as it is all to do with fluid levels and the shrinkage of my liver, so dont give up yuou will be fine! xx

just had my band fitted and the specialist lap band nurse told me your band must not be at its limit fill when travelling long haul flights that you have to have some taken out for pressure reasons, so i think you will be fine if its not totally full, sorry new to site hop you get this info tracey x

thank you for your quick response i will definitely get those painkillers to take with me and also thank you for preparing me to be tied down cos (i hate it) i will sort my head out before i go. i am having headaches and taking paracetamol for it hope it does not interfere with my liver reduction. thanks again hope you are feeling better soon hunnie xx

congratulations!! its my turn next monday ok at the moment on the milk diet milky coffee is filling me up!! goin to dolan park at bromsgrove is that where you were? did they give you painkillers(syrup form) and do you have to inject yourself with heperin? oh so many questions i am sorry to bombard you hunnie especially when you are not well but i am starting my journey and i can't wait, get well soon you banster!! tracey wintrip x

hi i am new to this site and just read your letter of complaint, however my experience up to now has been great i feel lisa and sally are like old friends, lisa has always answered my calls and is full of information. my op is the 21st july at bromsgrove i know i have gone for the cheaper option but i just want my band and any requirements after that i will happily pay for, i am sorry you have had a rough time but i feel your weight loss speaks for itself and you are much happier now. xx
