Change of taste also and I think you mourn food that is the only way I can describe it but you make the appropriate decision and keep going-in the morning I am still rely on my shakes then I can drink liquid till lunch and do better then and supper-my surgery was the day before yours and a revision-I just keep going and follow plan as much as you can

Sorry dropped the ball there-2 month post op-1st month clear liquids which got very tiring then 2nd month full liquid now just started puréed/soft food which is a whole lot better-doing ok only 1/4 to 1/2 cup depending what it is-it hasn’t been to bad-pain after surgery was tolerable-exercising is not my game but doing some Walking stretches with bands-thanks for reading

Hang in there you are probably losing inches but you had surgery and it takes a little while for you to adjust you are still have pain so things are inflamed stil so holding water weight probably it will come together in time- I can understand on liquids I was on clear liquids for a month them full liquids for a month my full liquids end Saturday yea!!!!!!!!
