12 years out. Before pic is AFTER my WLS when I gained most of my weight back But I have done Keto for 3 years now.

Surgery 12-3-18 weight 228. I got down to 132 and after this winter being stuck indoors and bored, 10 pounds have found there way back in. Time to tighten up and get moving!!!

This was me on the left in October 2020. The right was me today, 30 minutes ago. About 60lbs difference between the two. 3x to a 1x. 22 to a 16/18. 44DD to 40D. I still have about 90-100lbs to go but very happy with my decision to go through with it. Absolutely changed my life.

Once I am cleared to do actual harder strength training (above 20lbs), I will incorporate it into my routine.

I wanna play! I have a long way to go but I’m more than halfway there.
Beginning photo was me at my highest weight of 255 a week before surgery. Second photo is me last week at 187. My goal weight is 130lbs. I’ll be 5 months postop on Saturday.

I am happy to show a 2 month difference! And 52 pounds between the two!

Heavy weights! Meaning, you’re failing by the 8th-10th rep. I complete 3-4 sets of every exercise. Weightlifting completely helped me with body recomposition. I eat lots of Protein & complex carbs to build muscle, because that “toned” look is added muscle & you have to lift heavy in order to break down muscle tissue & allow to repair & grow. K, I really intended to write up a post on my 2 year anniversary (back in October!), but just never got around to it. I did make/update a little "progress" pic collage about a month ago, that again, I had meant to accompany a better-late-than-never anniversary post, but yep, just didn't get around to it.
Anyhoo....this pic has been sitting in my albums for over a month now, and since I honestly have no real intention to write up an anniversary post (I'm like 2 yrs + 4 months now, lol), I'm just gonna post it here so it doesn't go to waste:
2 weeks pre-op: 235.0 lbs
Surgery Date weight: 223.1 lbs
Goal Weight: 127 lbs (7 myths post op)
Current weight: 113.9 (this morning)
P.S. I'll try to do a proper anniversary post at the 3 yr mark...lol

I haven't posted in a while. Here's my before and after. RNY: 4/11/17, HW: 334, CW: 179. I'm 155lbs lighter and feeling great.

I had emergency surgery 12/26/20 so I haven’t taken a current photo lately but my current weight is 157, so 7lbs from goal.

The first picture is from when I started the program. I had my surgery on Aug 24, 2020. The second picture is my 4 month post op. I am down 55lbs. I feel amazing I am so glad I did it. In total I have lost 85lbs since the first picture was taken.

Starting weight over 220 (not sure I wouldn’t get on a scale but estimate that) RNY July 2020, current weight 138. Wearing size small/medium and 6/8 bottoms. In the before I was wearing 18 shorts and XXL tops. I feel so amazing and so happy with the results!!

I’m only 2 months out but you can really see a difference in my face! As I progress, I’ll upload a body shot one day. Bypass Nov 17th 2020. 41 lbs down.

HW on the left; 5lbs to my goal weight on the right. A little over a year for this transformation. Will never go back! So thankful!!

I am only 3mo post op and I saw the difference in my progress photos today and wanted to share - just my belly - I think it is 1 week post op vs 3 months. I am a slow loser, or more of a staller dropper (I have had a stall of at least 14 days all three months lol) so taking photos really helps me!
