  1. Hello! I had surgery on 4/22. Feeling great, but I cannot stand the thought of drinking another protein shake! So, I ordered wonton soup a couple time, and the broth is so delicious. My only question is, could I eat the wontons? They're so soft and mushy so I feel like if I chew it until it's almost gone, I should be ok. Thoughts?
  2. I had surgery on 4/22 - Today marks 1 week. I feel great so far. I do feel hungry ( I think ) but I'm getting through it. So, I want to start working out again - what have you all done when first starting out? Before surgery I lifted weights, but didn't do much cardio.
