I was doing really well for a long time and during COVID, and i do not believe it had to do with COVID per se but COVID did not help, i gained a substantial amount of weight.  So much so that i started to stop doing the things i enjoyed because i was so embarrassed.  I had a number of health issues that contributed to the weight gain ( 7 months of steroids ) but nevertheless, I was eating all the wrong.   I tried everything to get my wight and life under control and nothing.
