I realized I had never taken an “after” swimsuit photo. I’m so happy with my flat tummy, boobs and arms. Unfortunately now I’m a bit fixated on my thighs and am starting to research thigh lifts. I really wanted to avoid it, but think it will be necessary. The more I lose, the worse they look. Overall I’m thrilled but feel like I’ll need to get that done as my final piece of the WLS journey.

Otherwise known as "Skinny People's Disease" or SPD. Never been overweight a minute in their life and have zero frame of reference. Because it's easy for them to stay fit, it therefore is easy for everyone to stay fit, so the obvious answer (to them) is that you're just not trying hard enough.
An alternative GP would be my recommendation; their not being "in your corner" moving forward could prove troublesome for the original poster down the line.

A grandmother!!!! I'd have thrown her off that pier! Really... what a ridiculous presumption, Arab. You look stunning just as you are. That cake is to die for. What an exquisite presentation. pineapple coconut favored yellow or white cake? Fluffy? How wonderful to get out and enjoy life again. Sounds and looks like a truly magical wedding celebration.

I bought this shirt 3yrs ago when I first reached goal, but this is the first time I’m wearing it.
Also I have new braided sandals after salivating of similar ones that a close friend of mine recently bought.

So I haven't had surgery yet (5/10) but I have been having some anxiety and worry about the upcoming procedure. My therapist suggested I create a "worry/anxiety time). So each day I have a specific time to explore those thoughts, journal them and confront them. If I have the thoughts outside of my scheduled time, I tell myself "nope, can't deal with that now, have to wait until...". More often than not, it calms me in the moment and I usually forget what was making me anxious. She also told me I should keep separate journals for separate feelings. So my FIL passed away last week and I have a lot of feelings and worry about that which is a completely separate issue from my anxiousness about surgery. It's like compartmentalizing each item. I don't know if those will help, but it was some suggestions I got from my therapist. Hope they help.
