That moment during your wls journey that the weight loss starts to slow down and you hit a wall 🧱 and the dreadful stall begins then you start juggling 2-3 lbs up and down up and down ughhhh after loosing 104lbs in 7months i couldn't have hit that wall any harder i literally just want to scream its so discouraging and such hard work physically and mentally.....

I'm about 8 months out and I could easily get my Protein from 'normal' food however I choose to have 1 Protein Shake per day because I like it for Breakfast and also then I just don't have to think about protein again for the rest of the day because I know I'll hit the rest through food no problem. But if you had eggs for breakfast, greek yogurt and fruit for snack, lunch meat and cheese for lunch, Jerky and nuts for snack, meat and veggie for dinner you'd easily hit your goal for the day once you are able to consume a few oz at a time and you'd have a pretty balanced day.

Im scheduled for June 1st i was originally scheduled for may 26 but it got postponed im glad it did i was a nervous wreck lol im still kind of nervous mostly just anxious you wanna know that your making the right decision but their isint really a way to know that the whole uncertainty of it all is killing me i also keep running into negative stories and other people negative experiences

People are free to share their medical information - or not. If people want to share they've had surgery - fine. If they don't - fine. I don't run around telling everyone I've had extensive plastic surgery, either. I'm having a face lift this summer - another surgery I haven't notified the world of - just my immediate family and a couple of close friends.

to tell or not to tell is a person's choice. I've been on both sides of the fence and for me not telling is 100% better.

Am scheduled for April 26 Ive honestly never been so terrified in my life and not to mention super unprepared everything is so expensive i have no idea how am going to afford all these Protein Shakes and Vitamins 😫
