I would only do what that Require but the way my nerves were set up I pretty much started yesterday I had a protein shake for. Breakfast, light lunch and light dinner

Today is the 25th so liquids it is .......water. Protein shake sugar free popsicle. Some sugar free jello Some broth But it works cause I don’t even have an appetite Lol
