Hi I’m exactly 5 months post op I was 120kg 173 cm before surgery and now I’m 79kg. I eat no more than 500 calories a day. I feel dizzy and hungry. Should I start eating more and if I start eating more will I gain weight ? I also do weight training 3 to 4 times a week. How many more calories can I eat without gaining weight -
No weight loss after 2 weeks of surgery! Please help

Hi I got the gastric sleeve on the 5th of March 2021. Weight was going down steadily for the first 10 days and now it just remains the same or increases a little. Any advice on what to do ?
