  17. Hello Chappers, I pray all is well. I think your just having last min jitters. Try not to think about what wont go right, and base your faith on everything that WILL go right in Jesus name! Just think about it soon all of those unwanted unhealthy habits will fall away, as well as the comorbidities. I am 3 weeks out, and honestly it is the best decision I could have ever made for myself. Already down 25lbs, and I feel so amazing. Although it will be work to go along with it, you got this! Just have a little faith Sister! We are all here for you![emoji93][emoji93][emoji1545][emoji1545] Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  24. All I'm sorry, just remember mind over matter! The protein is your food so you have to get it in, and you need the water so you dont dehydrate. Say a prayer and keep up the fight
  25. Congrats!!! Everything is going well, I do have hunger pains, but I'm sticking to the script!! Protein & water an ounce every 15 min! On the bright side already down 12lbs! How awesome is that! Fastest I've ever lost weight in my life ?! What about you how much have you lost?
  26. Hello everyone, here is an update....its been a few days since surgery and I'm doing great already down 7lbs....I'm taking in 30mls of shake / water every 15 min per doctor orders. I make sure I walk and use incentive spirometer to prevent pneumonia. Sometimes I feel hungry but I think it's a head thing! My doctor wants me to get down 64 ounces of water a day and 2 60 gram protein shakes a day....I'm no where near able to do that yet, I can get down 1 30 gram protein shake and maybe 20 ounces of water. I'll keep trying though. I had my surgery in Monroe Mi for those of you who asked. Also after surgery I had hardly no pain, I slept most of day because of the anesthesia but other than that, I was up walking marathons they were very proud of me. I'm so excited about my journey I do not regret it so far! Good luck to all, keep us posted!
