  1. Thanks for the info. I know I haven't been taking in as much water as I should. It is so hard to drink that much. Good luck to all of you on your weight goals.
  2. :confused2: Hi. I recently had lapband surgery (June 16) and lost 16 lbs within the first week. A week after surgery, I went for my follow up appt and the doc put me on mushies. After a week of mushies...I began to eat meats (tuna & chicken) and veggies. I have done fine...no nausea or anything. My tenderness around the incisions is getting better but I have noticed a small bubble or knot just under the left side of my ribs. It hurts to laugh, cough, or take a deep breath. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
  3. Hi Heather. My name is Renee and I read your post. I had my surgery June 16 in Florida. I had my follow up appt. yesterday and the doc gave me the go ahead for soft foods such as eggs, mashed potatoes, yogurt, protein shakes, etc. Next week, I will get to go to chicken, flaky fish, tuna and try new things gradually to see how my new pouch responds. I will not have my first fill until July 29. I have lost 16 lbs so far.
