Hi! I'm a little over a year post op from gastric bypass. I have lost 60ish lbs. since surgery.  I have lost 160ish from my heaviest weight ever.  I am struggling to figure out what I'm doing, it seems to me that the way i lost weight before surgery doesn't work after surgery 😕
