    I’m 51, had Bypass 2/12/21 down 84 lbs. HW 315 lbs, SW 278 lbs, CW 194. 5 lbs. Next GW 180 lbs. Off all of my BP and BS now making sure I regulate both. Mindful of eating my protein and fluids.
