Its 3 days before my lap band schedule date of July 3rd. I have all kind of emotions but all in all very ready for this to be here and over. I am on day 4 of liquids and this in itself has been a struggle. I do not at all like slim fast or protein shakes so I'm just forcing them down. I know it will be worth it. Let you know how it goes. July 3rd for me

I'm having surgery on July 3rd and having all kinds of feelings. I'm very excited, nervous & ready for it to just be here & over with. I started liquid diet and I'm struggling with it. Maybe this week will pass by soon. Having surgery at UMC by Dr. Vick. Wish me well. Kim

I'm using Dr. K Vick - he is doing my lap band next week. He is at UMC in Jackson, MS. Maybe its worth contacting to see if he does fills.

I start my liquid diet today. I'm verrrrry excited but a little nervous also. I'm a little concerned about the liquid diet for the week because I'm not a big slim fast fan & that is what my doctor wants me to do for liquid diet but I know that the excitment of this Thursday will get me through. Good Luck, your response makes me excited for myself. My surgery date is 07/03 and the same weight. Hope I do as well as you are doing.

I am on the countdown until my surgery. Nine days left. I am very nervous but on the other hand very excited. Im worried about my week of liquid diet & just confused as to what I can have and the amount of calories I can intake. I want everything to go well during surgery so I want to do everything right. Very excited and hope all goes well.
